These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the iOS applications published by Nereus Data ("we," "us," or "our"): GraceLock, NoorLock, ShabbatLock, DharmaLock, SadhanaLock, EnsoLock, CosmosLock, and PhiloLock (collectively, the "Apps").

By downloading, installing, or using any of our Apps, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Apps.

1. Description of Service

Our Apps are screen time management tools that require engagement with spiritual, philosophical, or educational content before accessing selected social media or other apps on your device. The Apps use Apple's Family Controls and Screen Time APIs to manage app access.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years of age to use the Apps. If you are under 18, you represent that your parent or legal guardian has reviewed and agreed to these Terms on your behalf.

3. License

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Apps on iOS devices that you own or control, subject to these Terms and the Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions.

4. Subscriptions and Purchases

Pricing

Some features require a paid subscription. Subscription pricing is displayed within the App and is subject to change. Any price changes will apply to the next billing cycle after notice.

Billing

All subscriptions are billed through the Apple App Store. Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase.

Renewal

Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.

Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your Apple ID account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds are provided for partial billing periods.

Refunds

Refund requests must be directed to Apple, as all purchases are processed through the App Store. Visit reportaproblem.apple.com.

5. Content

Scripture and Educational Content

The Apps provide access to religious scriptures, philosophical texts, scientific facts, and mindfulness content. This content is provided for personal educational and spiritual enrichment purposes only.

No Professional Advice

Content within the Apps does not constitute religious counseling, medical advice, psychological therapy, or professional guidance of any kind. The Apps are not a substitute for professional help.

Content Accuracy

We strive to present scriptures and texts accurately using established translations and sources. However, we make no warranty regarding the theological, historical, or scientific accuracy of any content. Users should consult authoritative sources and qualified advisors for matters of faith, health, or important decisions.

Third-Party Content

Some content is sourced from public domain texts, open APIs, and creative commons sources. Attribution is provided where required. Such content remains subject to its original licensing terms.

6. Screen Time Management

No Guarantee of Effectiveness

The Apps are designed to encourage mindful phone use. We do not guarantee that using the Apps will reduce screen time, change habits, or produce any particular outcome.

Apple Platform Dependency

App locking functionality depends on Apple's Family Controls framework. Changes to iOS, Screen Time APIs, or Apple's policies may affect App functionality. We are not responsible for limitations or changes imposed by Apple.

User Responsibility

You are solely responsible for configuring lock schedules and selecting which apps to manage. We are not responsible for missed notifications, inability to access apps in emergencies, or any consequences of app locking.

7. User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Apps
• Attempt to bypass or circumvent app locking mechanisms through unauthorized means
• Use the Apps for any unlawful purpose
• Redistribute, sublicense, or resell the Apps

8. Intellectual Property

The Apps, including their design, code, content curation, branding, and user interface, are owned by Nereus Data and protected by intellectual property laws. Religious scriptures and public domain texts remain in the public domain. Our compilation, organization, and presentation of such content is proprietary.

9. Privacy

Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy for details on how we handle information. In summary: the Apps operate locally on your device, and we do not collect or store personal data on our servers.

10. Disclaimers

THE APPS ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

We do not warrant that the Apps will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

11. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, NEREUS DATA SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE APPS, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF DATA, INABILITY TO ACCESS APPS ON YOUR DEVICE, OR INTERRUPTION OF SERVICE.

Our total liability for any claim related to the Apps shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Apps in the 12 months preceding the claim.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Nereus Data from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Apps or violation of these Terms.

13. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the Apps at any time for violation of these Terms. Upon termination, your license to use the Apps is revoked. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will survive.

14. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by updating the "Last Updated" date and, where appropriate, through an in-app notification. Continued use of the Apps after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

15. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
